Celebrating your success
It is really, really important to celebrate your successes, no matter how small they seem to be. You resisted the 2 for 1 offer on ice cream? Fantastic – time to celebrate. You lost 1 kg this week? Fantastic – you’re still on track. Give yourself a non-food treat. Each time you reach one of your milestones you deserve a huge pat on the back. Although I’ve made the GDA Diet as easy as possible, you are the one working really hard to achieve the fantastic results each of your 10 per cent weight-loss milestones. Now is the time to take stock and treat yourself. But instead of treating yourself with a calorie-laden treat, how about one of the following? - Go and see a film

- What about a hair cut?
- Try a manicure
- Have a night out dancing on the town
- Plan a weekend away
